I am a Senior Research Associate (Postdoc) at the Chair of Management and Organization at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. I have been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Queensland and Macquarie University in Australia, and I actively engage in academic communities such as the Academy of Management (AOM), the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), and the Strategic Management Society (SMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My research explores how organizations navigate\u00a0temporal issues and challenges in strategy, as well as the\u00a0broader interplay between organizations and society. In a second stream, I study\u00a0innovation contexts, such as defense innovation ecosystems and startup accelerators. My research is primarily based on\u00a0qualitative methods, including\u00a0ethnographic case studies\u00a0and\u00a0critical discourse analysis, and is informed by practice- and process-based understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work has been published in leading international journals such as the\u00a0Journal of Management Studies, Organization Theory, the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, and Business & Society, among others. It has received multiple awards, including\u00a0Best PhD Paper Awards at AOM and SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond research, I serve as the Membership Chair of the Strategizing Activities and Practices (SAP) Interest Group at AOM and co-organize various community events. I am also one of the coordinators of the Standing Working Group (SWG) on „Time and Organization Studies“ at EGOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
